DELIVERY INFORMATION

The best option to receive your order is of course to come to collect in person from our workshop in Ra'anana. Best to let us know in advance when you plan to come so we can have it ready for you.

If delivery is required, we can arrange it no problem. Orders within Israel shall be delivered within 3-5 business days (at a flat rate of 45NIS). Orders outside of Israel shall be delivered within 10-12 business days, depending on country of delivery (cost varies according to rates of courier regarding country for delivery and weight).

For same day deliveries within Israel, please contact us on 052-5468920 (by phone or whatsapp) and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

All deliveries overseas shall be performed via Express Mail Service (EMS), the courier on behalf of The Israel Post and shall be delivered to your front door.

Once package is received, please make sure to check in order confirm that the products are in proper condition and to your satisfaction.

In the rare event in which there are products missing from your order and or defected or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours of receipt.

Kindly note that while all care is taken to ensure that deliveries are packed in such a way as to minimize the potential for damage, ToMo Candy can take no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs as the result of negligence on the part of our delivery service providers.

Without derogating from the aforesaid, since we take pride in our customer service and put our clients’ satisfaction on the top of our agenda, we do promise to do our very best in order to resolve any issue which may occur in this regard.
